After upgrading, passengers are entitled to the service standards of the new class and some service standards of the original class.

Passengers can enjoy the luxurious space, superior amenities, and priority service of Business Class at an extremely low cost with Last-minute Upgrade. Flights are no longer just a convenient experience; passengers can also observe a difference even before departure.
Passengers should be aware of the following conditions while purchasing a Last-minute Upgrade:
The upgrade price is reasonable, allowing you to enjoy Business Class at an affordable rate. Passengers can refer to Last-minute Upgrade Rates for more details.
Passengers should contact a Vietnam Airlines check-in counter within 3 hours before the departure time of the international flight, which departs from Hanoi, Da Nang, or Ho Chi Minh City.
After upgrading, passengers benefit from the new class service standards and some service standards of the original class.

Passengers should be aware that Upgrade and Last-minute Upgrade services are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
Upgrade and Last-minute Upgrade prices vary between peak and low season; please see Peak Period for Domestic Itineraries and Peak Period for International Itineraries.
Passengers are required to have adequate travel documents for all flights on all concerned airlines and to abide by national laws and regulations. Vietnam Airlines does not take responsible if passengers are denied entry into any country.
