What is “Check-in Cancellation”?

Check-in Cancellation is available when passengers cancel their pre-reserved seats to keep their tickets and flights as the original unchecked-in status.

​​​​​​​Check-in Cancellation does NOT include flight cancellation or ticket refund/cancellation.

When should passengers cancel their check-in?

If passengers have already checked in online to pre-reserve their seats, they can use Check-in Cancellation function to make changes.

How can passengers change their flights after cancelling check-in?

For tickets issued at ticketing offices or agents, please contact them or our Contact Center within the validity period of the ticket.
