Ticket refund conditions and fees

For tickets purchased via the Vietnam Airlines website/app

If ticket conditions allow and you want to refund your ticket, please do the following:

1. Go to "Manage Booking" - "Post-sales help" - "Refund (cancel booking and refund)" on the website or "Manage Booking" - "Ancillary services" - "Ticket refund" on the Vietnam Airlines app.

2. Submit a ticket refund request to Vietnam Airlines.

After receiving the information, Vietnam Airlines will send a refund confirmation to the email address provided when purchasing the ticket and make a refund to the passenger's card-issuing bank within 15 working days. The time it takes to receive a refund in your account is determined by the card-issuing bank's policies.

For tickets purchased from sales offices or agents, please contact the vendor for assistance.
