VNA intends to contract a Service Provider for the project “Acquiring service for Visa, MasterCard payment transactions for the period from January 2025 to December 2027” for which a Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued.

VNA invites Service Provider/Supplier to provide a Proposal for merchant acquiring service. 

I. Delivery Request For Proposal
1. Direct handover
- Delivery time: From 25th October 2024;

- Form of distribution: Suppliers send email to the email address: Mr. Bui Tran Cuong at cuongbt@vietnamairlines.com and Mrs. Tran Huong Lien at lienth@vietnamairlines.com of the Vietnam Airlines JSC with the subject/title “Acquiring service for Visa, MasterCard payment transactions for the period from January 2025 to December 2027”.

- Form of receipt: Service Provider/Supplier sends email(s) with attachment which is the scanned version of the original Proposal to: cuongbt@vietnamairlines.com and lienth@vietnamairlines.com with Subject/title "Company ... submits Proposal for service package “Acquiring service for Visa, MasterCard payment transactions for the period January 2025 to December 2027”. Email attachment size must be < 20 MB per mail.
