🎫 CONDITIONS FOR PRESENTING A VALID BOARDING PASS

Please present your Vietnam Airlines boarding pass at the service counter for eligibility verification:

• The boarding pass must show departure or arrival locations within the service area.
• The customer's information for the stay/use of the service must match the information on the boarding pass.
• The service must be used within 7 days of the date on the boarding pass.
