Hanoi, 10 November 2019 – Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific regrets to announce that due to the impact of storm Nakri in South Central Vietnam, we will reschedule flights departing to/from Nha Trang, Phu Yen, Quy Nhon, Pleiku on 10 November 2019.
Accordingly, Vietnam Airlines will cancel flights VN1651, VN1650 between Hanoi and Phu Yen; VN1396, VN1397, VN1625, VN1624 between Ho Chi Minh City and Quy Nhon.
Some flights will depart earlier than initial schedule from 1 hour 40 minutes to 3 hours, including: VN1564, VN1565, VN1356, VN1357, VN1358, VN1359 between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang to ensure all flights will have departed/arrived at Nha Trang before 18:00 p.m due to Cam Ranh international airport being closed after this point.
In addition, Vietnam Airlines will delay departure time from 11 hours for 2 international flights to/from Nha Trang on 11 November VN440, VN441 between Nha Trang and Seoul.
To ensure safety for passengers, Jetstar Pacific will cancel four flights BL452, BL453, BL434, BL435 between Quy Nho, Phu Yen and Ho Chi Minh City and on 10 November.
In addition to the above, some other flights of the two airlines might also be affected due to schedule changes. Passengers travelling to/from South Central Vietnam are advised to update latest information pertaining to the weather, flight status and reschedule travel plan.
Affected passengers of Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific will be entitled to be rebooked on alternative flights. We appreciate your continued patronage and apologise for any inconvenience caused by the storm Nakri.
