VIETNAM AIRLINES OFFERS WEB CHECK-IN FOR FLIGHTS DEPARTING FROM NAGOYA AIRPORT (JAPAN)

Hanoi, October 17th 2016 - From October 17th 2016, with a view to offering passengers quicker and more simplified procedures, Vietnam Airlines will operate web check-in for flights departing from Nagoya Airport (Japan).

Accordingly, Nagoya Airport will become the 4th among the 4 popular departure and arrival airports in Japan, and the 26th airport in Vietnam Airlines domestic and international flight network where this service is put into place. Web check-in brings convenience and saves time for passengers. This once again reaffirms Vietnam Airlines’ synchronized 4-star service quality from on ground to in-flight.

With the availability of web check-in provided by Vietnam Airlines, passengers are kindly asked to provide personal emails when booking or purchasing tickets of Vietnam Airlines. 24 hours before departure, passengers will receive an email from Vietnam Airlines with a link inviting them to proceed with online procedures. When the link is accessed, with information already stored in the default system, passengers can easily complete online procedures after only a few clicks without having to enter any personal information or information about the flight. These are improvements to bring more convenience for passengers when using Vietnam Airlines services.

Passengers having completed web check-in are recommended to present at airport online check-in counters for authentication, exchange for boarding passes and luggage checking no later than 15 minitues before the counter’s closing time.

For more information,  please visit  www.vietnamairlines.com on Travel Information/Online Check-in, opening and closing hours of  check-in counters.
