A. Invitation to apply

Being a dynamic, modern international airline with Vietnam's cultural identity, for more than 30 years of development, Vietnam Airlines has been leading the Vietnam aviation market. With proposition in 2025 which is broadening our network, Vietnam Airlines invites application from reputable and potential applicants for the appointment of its General Sales Agency (“GSA”) in Bangladesh.

Applicants are interested to be General Sales Agency for Vietnam Airlines in Bangladesh must complete the GSA Applying Documents in accordance with the instructions and reach to Vietnam Airlines till 28th February 2025 at the address given below.

B. Applying documents

- Cover letter of GSA Applicant;

- Vietnam Airlines GSA Application Questionnaire as per attachment;

- Commercial documents:

    • Company portfolio and company organizational structure;
    • Marketing and Sales Plan, including but not limited to: (i) analysis of passenger in market, product, price, channels in the market, (ii) detailed plan for generating revenue for VNA, (iii) requests from Applicant (Overriding commission, personnel, etc.).

*Financial documents:

    • Audited or Tax authority approved (if any) financial statement within at least 02 nearest year in accordance with host country’s regulations.
    • For enterprise has been established and in operation for less than 02 years, please provide financial statement from establishment until the time of submission.

*Legal documents:

    • Business registration certificate and/or equivalent legal documents issued by competent authorities.

*All submitted documents must be translated, notarized and/or authenticated into English if the documents are in local language.
