From Jan 30, 2018 Vietnam Airlines will apply immigration priority services (fast track services) for VNA’s Platinum and Skyteam’s Elite Plus members at Kuala Lumpur airport - Malaysia.
Please present your boarding pass and Lotusmiles Platinum membership card to the ground staff to get a Fast Lane card and enjoy the privileged service. The priority passage helps ease passengers’ procedures and save time at the airport.
