Vietnam Airlines Pays Tribute on Vietnamese Physicians' Day

The medical profession is inherently a special one that demands sacrifice, responsibility, and compassion. Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teaching, "A physician should be like a gentle mother," today’s medical professionals continue to dedicate their heart and mind to the noble cause of saving lives.

At Vietnam Airlines, the medical team plays a particularly vital role in caring for the health of pilots, flight attendants, and staff—those who directly create every safe flight. Their dedication, professionalism, and high sense of responsibility are indispensable parts of the operational safety chain, contributing to the service quality and reputation of the National Airlines.

Over the years, the Corporation's medical team has constantly strived to improve their expertise, proactively implementing periodic health check programs, providing timely advice and support to employees, and collaborating closely with medical facilities and partners both within and outside the industry to ensure the best health conditions for the flight crews and all staff members.

The spirit of responsibility, silent dedication, and passion for the profession among the medical staff is a clear testament to the core values that Vietnam Airlines always aims for: Safety – Professionalism – Humanity.

In the warm atmosphere of the 2026 anniversary, the Corporation's Board of Management carried out many practical visiting activities to express gratitude. Accordingly, a delegation of Corporation leaders presented flowers and congratulations at the Ministry of Health, expressing appreciation for the support and companionship of the health sector toward the National Airlines' operations. Simultaneously, representatives from the Board of Management and the Corporation Trade Union personally visited and encouraged the medical staff at the Medical Stations of Flight Crew 919, the Cabin Crew Department, the Aviation Medical Center, and strategic partners such as the T-Matsuoka Medical Center.

At each location, the Corporation's leaders recognized and commended the responsible and professional working spirit of the internal medical team, who always stand by the employees in all circumstances. The vibrant flowers and kind inquiries from the leaders served as a great source of spiritual encouragement, motivating the "white-blouse warriors" to remain confident on their chosen path.
