Instructions for redeeming bonus miles on the website

Step 1: Access your Lotusmiles account from the top toolbar on the right side of the website vietnamairlines.com.

Step 2: After successfully logging in, navigate to "Buy/Transfer Bonus Miles".

Step 3: In the "Buy and Transfer Miles" window, click "Convert Bonus Miles".

Step 4: In the “Convert Miles” window, select an appropriate conversion method.

Step 5: In the “Convert Miles”:

• Select the number of miles you want to convert;
• Check the unit price, apply a promotion code (if applicable), and the total amount to be paid;
• Read the terms and conditions and check the box "I agree to the terms and conditions";
• Select an appropriate payment method and proceed with payment.

Step 6: After the payment is completed, confirmation information will be emailed to the registered email address. If you do not receive an email within 01 hour after successful payment, please contact the Lotusmiles support section using the below channels:

Instructions for converting bonus miles on the app

Step 1: To access your Lotusmiles account on the Vietnam Airlines app, select "Login" in the top right corner or "Lotusmiles" from the toolbar at the bottom.

Step 2: After successfully logging in, scroll down to “Buy/Transfer miles” and select “Convert bonus miles”. The system will display the registered email address and phone number for receiving an electronic invoice, check the information, make any necessary changes, and then click "Continue".

Step 3: In the “Convert Bonus Miles” windows:

• Select to convert to qualifying miles or flights, and press “+” or “-” to adjust the number of bonus miles;
• The converted miles/flights will be displayed in the section below; check the information and click "Continue";
• Read the terms and conditions, then select “I agree”.

Step 4:

• The system will request you to confirm the transaction by sending a verification code to the registered phone number/email address;
• Enter the verification code, confirm the amount, select the appropriate payment option, and proceed to payment.

Step 5: After the payment is completed, an information confirmation will be emailed to the registered email address. If you do not receive an email within 01 hour after successful payment, please contact the Lotusmiles support section using the below channels:
