Supporting employees with critical illnesses: Spreading the humanistic beauty of VNA

With the spirit of sharing and accompanying employees, recently, a working delegation of Vietnam Airlines Corporation led by Comrade Dao Manh Kien – Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Corporation's Trade Union directly visited, encouraged, and handed over support to employees suffering from critical illnesses at units within the Corporation.

Bringing the care and sharing of the great Vietnam Airlines family, on this occasion, the Corporation extracted from the Charity Fund to support 07 employees and their relatives belonging to CNVN, VAECO, AITS, VIAGS, and SKYPEC units with a total amount of 130 million VND. From the beginning of 2026 until now, 48 cases of employees and their relatives have received support from the Charity Fund with a total amount of 762 million VND.

At each stop, the working delegation thoughtfully inquired about and listened to disclosures regarding family circumstances, health status, and the treatment process of the employees; at the same time, they sent words of encouragement, hoping that the employees and their families would maintain firm faith and willpower to overcome this difficult period.

The activity of visiting and supporting employees suffering from critical illnesses is one of the regular care activities of Vietnam Airlines Corporation. The handed-over support portions not only contribute to reducing the material burden but also carry deep spiritual encouragement, helping employees feel the care and sharing of the collective during their most difficult times.

Each support portion handed over directly is not only the concern of the Corporation's leadership and the Trade Union organization but also contains the sentiments of tens of thousands of officers and employees throughout the Corporation. Because behind the Charity Fund are kind hearts and voluntary contributions built up over many years with the desire to share with colleagues when the companionship of the collective is needed.

In the journey of construction and development, alongside completing production and business targets, the Corporation always determines that employees are the most valuable asset and the center of development. Therefore, the work of caring for the material and spiritual life and accompanying employees is always prioritized, contributing to building a humanistic, cohesive, and deeply shared working environment.
