• Applicable to MobiFone prepaid and postpaid Long-term Connection subscription.
• Lotusmiles members need to link Lotusmiles program of Vietnam Airlines and Long-term Connection (Ket Noi Dai Lau) program of MobiFone on the website or mobile application of Vietnam Airlines or MobiFone before redeeming the rewards.
• The MobiFone rewards cannot be canceled or refunded.

Instructions to Redeem MobiFone Charges on Vietnam Airlines website

Step 1: Go to the website vietnamairlines.com, at the bottom left corner, select “Log-in”. Then fill in your membership card number and password to log in to your Lotusmiles account.

Step 2: At the “Account Information” screen, under the "Use Miles" section, select "Other Rewards."

Step 3: At the “Redeem Miles - Non air” screen, select “Redeem MobiFone”.

Step 4: In the "Reward Redemption Details" screen, review the information, select the appropriate service package, check the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box, then click "Redeem Rewards" to redeem your telecommunications service package.

Please install the Vietnam Airlines or Lotusmiles mobile app on your mobile device, then log in using your membership number and password. After logging in to your account, you can redeem MobiFone mobile Charges by following the same steps as described on the website.
