(Updated on January 20, 2022) Vietnam Airlines would like to inform you the updated entry regulations to Singapore as follows:

1. Eligibility

- Short-term visitors from Vietnam are not allowed to entry Singapore.

- Singapore nationals or permanent residents (Permanent Residents). Persons who have had 2 full vaccinations with unvaccinated children under 12 years old from the following countries can return to Singapore via Vaccinated Travel Lane (Air) or Vaccinated Travel Lane (Land) without isolation: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Maldives, Netherlands, Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey Turkey, UK, USA, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates
- Long term pass holders or relatives of Singapore nationals/permanent residents from the following countries can enter through
  +Vaccinated Travel Lane (Air): Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Maldives, Netherlands, Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka , Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, UK, USA, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates
  + Student's Pass Holder Lane: international students
  + Work Pass Holder General Lane: people go to work, work
- Only accept visitors from the following countries for a short time:
  + Vaccinated Travel Lane (Air): Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Maldives, Netherlands, Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka , Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, UK, USA, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates
  + Air Travel Pass: Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Taiwan
  + Reciprocal Green Lane: Brunei, Mainland China
(Singapore temporarily suspends Vaccinated Travel Lane (Air) program from December 22, 2021 to January 20, 2022. Visitors can continue to fly to Singapore to enter Singapore under Vaccinated Travel Lane (Air) program from January 21, 2022)
- Visitors from all countries can enter Singapore for the purpose of dealing with family matters (relatives in Singapore pass away or become seriously ill), required documents include: death certificate or proof of identity. deceased relative, doctor's diagnosis of the relative's serious illness, identification documents with the deceased/severely ill, passport, other proofs (if any)...
- Vietnamese people entering the country are required to: Have a negative Covid-19 test result in English within 48 hours before departure and have sufficient information about the test date, full name, date of birth or passport number ; quarantine at residence or hotel for 07 days, do PCR test on 7th day (Details at: https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/shn-and-swab-summary)

• Before the flight: passengers must have a negative PCR test certificate for Covid-19 done within 48 hours before departure to Singapore.

• Upon arrival in Singapore:

o Testing on landing (PCR and ART methods).

o Going through 14-day quarantine at registered and certified facilities.

o During this period, on 3rd /7th/11th day from arrival in Singapore, passengers will have to take an ART test (each kit containing 4 tests for each person costs around 40SGD).

o Day 14: perform PCR test.
