Telephone check-in

The most notable benefit of telephone check-in service is the ability to check in with only one call. There will be more time for passengers to get ready for the upcoming thrilling excursion.

Telephone check-in services apply to domestic flights leaving from Tan Son Nhat Airport  (Ho Chi Minh City) or Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) and operated by Vietnam Airlines Group (Pacific Airlines, Vasco, Vietnam Airlines).

How to check-in

Passengers can easily check in with just 4 steps:

  • Step 1: Call our hotline 1900 6265 between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm daily and provide reservation code, ticket number, or frequent flyer card number;
  • Step 2: Confirm itinerary information;
  • Step 3: Select seats on the flight;
  • Step 4: Choose to receive your boarding pass via email or receive it directly at the airport check-in counter.

Check-in time

Phone check-in needs to be done between 12 and 02 hours before the scheduled departure time.

At airport

Passengers note the following requirements:

  • If not having any checked baggage, passengers go directly to the security area.
  • If having checked baggage, passengers go to the baggage check-in counter or check-in counter at the airport.

Some notes when proceeding check-in

  • Passengers who require special services such as unaccompanied minor, stretcher/oxygen tank service, etc. Please check in at the airport.
  • Call fee: VND 5,000/minute.
