Flexible Use of Award Miles
Lotusmiles members can earn bonus miles when flying with Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and Vasco, or from using the services provided by Lotusmiles partners in areas such as banking, shopping and telecommunications. The accumulated miles are in place to acknowledge the member's contribution and loyalty to the airline. There are many ways to use the miles.
Air ticket purchase by Cash & Miles method Miles can be used to pay partially, in coordination with cash, or fully the air ticket for VN-coded flights operated by Vietnam Airlines, while they cannot be used for covering taxes, fees and other surcharges. |  |
 | Redeeming valuable gifts Bonus miles can be used to redeem valuable gifts from Vietnam Airlines such as free air tickets, free baggage allowance or vouchers to Lotus lounge etc. |
Shopping for gifts at LotusMall Just one click, Lotusmiles members can choose gifts from a long list for relatives and friends. Just log in your Lotusmiles account at www.vietnamairlines.com, or use Vietnam Airlines app, choose LotusMall and you can get surprised gifts such as Hi-Tech products, home appliances, travel accessories, healthcare product etc. |  |
 | Converting to VinID points Bonus miles can be converted to VinID points at the following rate: 20 Lotusmiles miles = 100 VinID point. The VinID points are used to pay for services and utilities in Vingroup ecosystem including Vinmart, Vinmart+, Vinmec, Vinschool, Vinpearl, Vinfast... or redeem incentives from VinID's partners across the country. |
