Vietnam Airlines' loyal customer community enjoys numerous attractive benefits such as priority at ticket counters, priority check-in, priority boarding, extra checked baggage, use of Business Lounges, and awards for relatives.

Parents/guardians of children aged 2 to under 16 years old can register them for Lotusmiles membership by following the steps below:

• Access the Lotusmiles account on the Vietnam Airlines website or apps;
• Select "My Family" - "Enroll a Child";
• Fill out the form with the required information.

For passengers aged 16 and over, please refer to the Lotusmiles membership registration instructions via Vietnam Airlines' website, app or the Lotusmiles app.

To become Lotusmiles members, passengers can refer to the instructions in one of the following three methods:

• Register on the Vietnam Airlines website.

• Register on the Vietnam Airlines app.

• Register on the Lotusmiles app.

Account Verification: Newly-registered members are required to verify their identity by sending a copy of Photo ID to lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com before being able to redeem their miles.
