Booking extra seats
Vietnam Airlines provides an empty-seat purchasing service to satisfy passengers requiring more space to enjoy their flight comfortably.
To book the service, please contact the Vietnam Airlines ticket offices.
Time for service booking
Passengers are required to book the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. The purchased seat and the extra seat must be next to each other, with the same booking code, class of service, flight, and date.
Extra seat charges
Fare rate: Use the regular passenger fares.
Free baggage: Up to 2 times the free baggage allowance for the itinerary using the service.
Charges for each extra seat: Equal to 100% of the adult ticket price, plus additional surcharges from Vietnam Airlines based on the booking class at the time of booking.
