In line with our business development strategy, Vietnam Airlines invites reputable and qualified companies to apply for appointment as its General Sales Agent (GSA) in Bangladesh.

B. Application Documents

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

1. Cover Letter

A formal letter expressing interest in representing Vietnam Airlines as General Sales Agent in Bangladesh.

2. GSA Application Questionnaire

Completed Vietnam Airlines GSA Application Questionnaire (attached here)

3. Commercial Documents

●     Company profile and organizational structure.

●     Marketing and Sales Plan, including but not limited to:

○     Analysis of the passenger market, products, pricing, and distribution channels.

○     Detailed revenue generation plan for Vietnam Airlines.

○     Commercial proposals and support requests from the applicant, including overriding commission, staffing requirements, and other relevant matters.

4. Financial Documents

●     Audited financial statements or financial statements approved by the relevant tax authority (if applicable) for at least the two most recent fiscal years, in accordance with local regulations.

●     For companies established and operating for less than two years, financial statements covering the period from incorporation to the date of submission.

5. Legal Documents

●     Business Registration Certificate and/or equivalent legal documents issued by the competent authorities.

Important Note

All documents originally issued in a local language must be translated into English and duly notarized and/or authenticated prior to submission.
