Members can enjoy a free airport pick-up (from airport to hotel, applied to airports in Vietnam only).
Please go through these steps:
- Access www.vntrip.vn or open app Vntrip.vn;
- Pick location, select hotel and time to stay;
- Insert your Lotusmiles card number (*). Award miles will be credited to your account after your stay ends.
(*) Applied only to Lotusmiles member, who stays at the hotel (to be verified upon check-in).
