You can perform the following steps:
1. Visit the Vietnam Airlines app, swipe up to open the bottom toolbar, and select “On-board services”.
2. In the “On-board Services” window, select “PressReader App”, enter Reservation Code, Last Name, and Departure as the information on the flight ticket, then click “Confirm”.
3. The screen redirects to the PressReader app interface or redirects to the app store to download PressReader (if you have not downloaded the app).
You can read online on the PressReader app or download publications to your phone/tablet to read on the plane.
In-flight entertainment does not differ between Business, Premium Economy, and Economy classes.

Notes: The menu preview function is only available for some flights.
Vietnam Airlines offers two order meal services as follows:
1. Business Class meal ordering: free of charge

Passengers can pre-order duty-free items by emailing dutyfree.psd@vietnamairlines.com at least 72 hours before departure and collect them on board (this service is only available for certain flights). We will process your information quickly and respond as soon as possible

For in-flight meal and beverage purchases, Vietnam Airlines accepts cash payment in Vietnamese Dongs only
For duty‑free sales, Vietnam Airlines accepts cash (VND, USD, AUD, JPY, GBP, EUR) and international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.), excluding CUP (China UnionPay) cards
Currently, the system does not accept QR codes or contactless payments.
Passengers can change or cancel their pre-ordered items by following the instructions at www.vietnamairlines.com/vn/vi/buy-tickets-other-products/additional-services/paid-meal.
Purchases made immediately on board are final and cannot be replaced or refunded after exiting the aircraft, with the exception of defective merchandise.
