Business lounge

Away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal, the Lotus Lounge and the Business Lounge offer passengers an elegant, quiet, private, and fully equipped waiting area before departure. In the lounges, passengers will find workspaces, entertainment options, and an enticing buffet all set and ready for them.

Complimentary lounge access

Passengers traveling on Vietnam Airlines flights or those of SkyTeam alliance partners are eligible for complimentary access to the Lotus Lounge/Business Lounge.

The Lotus Lounge is a premium airport lounge service owned and operated by Vietnam Airlines at several airports in Vietnam, including Noi Bai (Hanoi), Da Nang, Cam Ranh (Nha Trang), and Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City).

The Business Lounge is a network of lounges operated by Vietnam Airlines’ partners at international airports and at Vietnamese airports that do not have a Lotus Lounge.

Passengers eligible to use the lounge free of charge

Passengers traveling on flights operated by Vietnam Airlines or by airlines in the SkyTeam alliance may use the Lotus Lounge or the Business Lounge free of charge if they meet the following criteria:

Purchase an E-voucher to use the Business Lounge

Passengers can purchase Business Lounge e-vouchers to enjoy premium amenities or give them as gifts to friends and family. For a complete experience, passengers should be informed that:

• Vouchers are valid within 06 months from the issue date;
• Passengers should present the voucher code to staff at the counter to use the service;

Documents to prepare

Passengers present their travel documents, boarding passes, and membership cards (for Lotusmiles or SkyTeam members) to access the lounges. The membership card can be either a physical card or an online card on the Vietnam Airlines app.

If a passenger purchases a voucher, the passenger also needs to present the voucher code sent to the registered email or phone number upon purchasing the service in addition to the above documents.

Amenities in the lounges

The Lotus Lounge/Business Lounge provides the best-in-class experience right at the airport with multiple amenities:

Luxurious, quiet, and private waiting space for passengers to comfortably rest before their flight.

Working amenities include desks, networked computers, power outlets in seating areas, high-speed wifi, etc.

The food counter offers diverse and attractive buffet-style dining services.

The PressReader app provides 7,000 newspapers and electronic magazines in more than 60 languages, covering a wide range of topics from news and economics to tourism, sports, and entertainment at home and abroad, including: Bloomberg, Time, The Wall Street Journal, Investment, Labor, Vietnam News, Heritage, etc.

Diverse publications include multilingual national and international newspapers and magazines.

Specialized areas include baggage storage area, smoking area, massage chair area, bathroom area, etc.
