Vietnam Airlines JSC respectfully extends its greetings and invites your Company to participate in the quotation for the service package: "Service Lease for the Provision of an E-commerce Mobile Application for Vietnam Airlines for the period 2027 - 2031".
Detailed service requirements are set out in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
1. Issuance of the RFP

2. Receipt of Proposals
- The deadline for receipt of Proposals is 15h00, on 27/5/2026 (Hanoi time).
- Submission methods:
+ In person: at the Mobile App Supplier Selection Team office - Vietnam Airlines JSC; 4th Floor, VN2 Building, 200 Nguyen Son Street, Bo De Ward, Hanoi.
+ By email: the Supplier shall send an email with a scanned copy of the original Proposal attached, to the email address: thanhtd@vietnamairlines.com with the subject line: "Company … submitting Proposal for the service package 'Service Lease for the Provision of an E-commerce Mobile Application for Vietnam Airlines for the period 2027 - 2031'".
Email attachments must be smaller than 20 MB per email.
