Internal Vietnam Airlines Group Holds Ceremony to Honor Its Educators at the Flight Training Center 21/11/2024 The ceremony aimed to express gratitude and honor the teachers of the VNA Group for their dedication and achievements in nurturing talents for Vietnam Airlines Corporation (VNA). The event was attended by Mr. Lê Hồng Hà – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and CEO of Vietnam Airlines Corporation – along with representatives from various aviation and non-aviation units, and especially, the teachers from VNA Group. In his opening speech, Mr. Lâm Quang Nam – Director of the Flight Training Center (TTHLB) – expressed heartfelt appreciation to the educators for their professional dedication and proactive efforts to renew training content to better match real-world needs. He highlighted the teachers' active involvement in researching and developing international-standard curricula and innovating teaching methods to foster creativity and enthusiasm among learners. Thanks to these efforts, the quality of training has significantly improved, meeting VNA’s goals for sustainable business growth and international integration. Mr. Lâm Quang Nam emphasized that in 2024, despite facing numerous challenges in business operations and fierce competition in the aviation market, training at TTHLB remained a priority, aiming for constant improvement and practical outcomes. The success and growth of Vietnam Airlines owe much to its educators – the "torchbearers" who have passed on their professional knowledge and passion to countless generations of employees. To recognize their contributions, the organizers honored outstanding teachers within the Group. On behalf of VNA’s leadership, CEO Lê Hồng Hà extended his heartfelt congratulations to all teachers who have remained committed to VNA’s mission of "nurturing people." He affirmed that training remains a key factor in maintaining VNA's leading position in the ever-evolving and highly competitive aviation industry. It ensures compliance with the strictest standards of safety, service quality, and operational efficiency. CEO Lê Hồng Hà reiterated that Vietnam Airlines, with its commitment to sustainable development, always places learning culture at its core, aiming to build a continuous learning organization. Training is not only a responsibility but also an opportunity for individual growth. Every employee is encouraged to embrace lifelong learning, share experiences, and inspire one another, thereby fostering a creative, efficient, and dynamic working environment. The invaluable experience and knowledge gained through training form the core competitive advantage of Vietnam Airlines on the international stage, strengthening the workforce to meet increasingly demanding global standards. Such achievements would not be possible without the vital role of the teachers — mentors and inspirers guiding generations within VNA Group. VNA's educators have made classrooms places not only of technical knowledge transfer but also of generational sharing, all bonded by a shared love for the skies and the National Flag Carrier of Vietnam. Outstanding educator Nguyễn Thị Thu Yến – Deputy Head of the Training Department at the Flight Training Center – represented all teachers in expressing deep gratitude to VNA’s leadership for providing excellent facilities and implementing digital transformation initiatives that have greatly enhanced the training programs. She reaffirmed the commitment of VNA educators to continuously improve themselves in order to help students become skilled, professional members of Vietnam Airlines. The ceremony continued in a warm, joyful, and lively atmosphere with vibrant musical performances by TTHLB students, creating a memorable and heartfelt celebration for all teachers. The celebration of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day concluded successfully. Wishing all teachers good health and happiness to continue guiding young generations to "soar high," and wishing Vietnam Airlines even greater achievements as it proudly spreads its wings around the world.
