Lotus lounge

Vietnam Airlines operates Lotus Lounges with a full range of business, entertainment, and resting facilities as well as delicious buffets at Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi), Da Nang Airport, Cam Ranh Airport (Nha Trang), and Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City). In addition to the Lotus Lounges, the Business Lounge network at other local airports in Vietnam and abroad (operated by Vietnam Airlines partners) will also bring passengers exhilarating experiences.

Conditions for using the Lotus Lounges for free at Noi Bai, Da Nang, Cam Ranh, and Tan Son Nhat airports

Passengers can use the Lotus Lounges for free at international and domestic terminals if travelling on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines and being one of the following:

• Passengers with Business Class tickets;
• Lotusmiles Million Miler and 03 invited guests (invited guests on flights operated by SkyTeam partner airlines will use the guest lounge at the international terminal);
• Lotusmiles Platinum members and 01 invited guest (invited guests on flights operated by SkyTeam partner airlines will use the guest lounge at the international terminal);
• Lotusmiles Gold members;
• Guests invited to the Lounge by Lotusmiles Gold/Platinum/Million Miler members when the members redeem miles for Business Lounge awards;

Passengers can use the Lotus Lounges for free at international terminals if travelling on a flight operated by SkyTeam partner airlines and being one of the following:

• First Class/Business Class passengers;
• Elite Plus passengers of SkyTeam partner airlines and 01 guest who takes a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines or SkyTeam partner airlines.

A Skyteam Elite Plus member and 01 invited guest can use the Lotus Lounge at Vietnam domestic terminals for free, with the conditions that the passenger connects in Vietnam between flights operated by two Skyteam partner airlines within 24 hours and the guest travels on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines.

Conditions for using Business Lounges at other Vietnam and overseas airports for free

Passengers can use the Business Lounges for free at other Vietnamese domestic and overseas terminals if travelling on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines and being one of the following:

• Passengers with Business Class tickets;
• Lotusmiles Gold members;
• Lotusmiles Million Miler and 03 invited guests, where the guests take flights operated by Vietnam Airlines or SkyTeam partner airlines (only applicable to Business Lounges at other Vietnam airports);
• Lotusmiles Million Miler/Platinum Class member and 01 invited guest, where the guest takes a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines or SkyTeam partner airlines.

Passengers can use the Business Lounges for free at overseas terminals if travelling on a flight operated by SkyTeam and being one of the following:

• First Class/Business Class passengers;
• An Elite Plus member of SkyTeam partner airlines and 01 guest who takes a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines or SkyTeam partner airlines.

Purchase a voucher for using the Business Lounge

For a small fee, passengers can buy vouchers and comfortably enjoy the best-in-class amenities of Business Lounges at Noi Bai (Hanoi) and Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City) airports. For a complete experience, please be informed of the following:

• Vietnam Airlines provides vouchers for adults with a child under the age of 2 and vouchers for children between 2 and under 12 years old.
• Vouchers are only applicable to passengers with boarding passes of Vietnam Airlines Group (including Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines, and Vasco).
• Vouchers are valid within 06 months from the issue date.

Documents to prepare

For passengers eligible to use the Business Lounge for free, please present the boarding passes, Lotusmiles/Skyteam membership card, or travel documents (if the passenger is not a member).

If a passenger purchases a voucher, the passenger also needs to present the voucher code sent to the registered email or phone number upon purchasing the service in addition to the above documents.

The Business Lounge provides the best-in-class experience right at the airport with multiple amenities:

• Space: Luxurious, courteous, quiet and fully equipped;
• Special use area: Luggage storage area, smoking area, massage chair area, bathroom area, etc.;
• Diverse and compelling buffet-style food service;
• Working utilities: Desks, networked computers, power outlets in seating areas, high-speed wifi, etc.;
• PressReader service: Offers 7,000 electronic newspapers and magazines in more than 60 languages with multiple genres like news, economics, tourism, sports, domestic and foreign entertainment: Bloomberg, Time, The Wall Street Journal, Investment, Labor, Vietnam News, Heritage, etc.
