Legal Advice on reviewing aircraft lease agreements of VNA

1. Reviewing the typical aircraft lease agreements between Vietnam Airlines and Lessors (the “Lease Agreements”) to confirm or determine whether Vietnam Airlines can early terminate the Lease Agreements and return the aircraft to lessors?
2.  If Vietnam Airlines breaches its obligations or in this case, falling into the Event of Default by not paying the lessors, then what are the legal consequences that Vietnam Airlines will face?
3. Furthermore, in case we do a little payment  to one or some lessors and don’t pay the rest of lessors? Is there any cross-default and what are the legal consequences of cross-default under the Lease Agreements attached to this email? What are liabilities of Vietnam Airlines in this situation, including the hedging exposure? Some lessors also warn us to withdraw the Letter Credit.
4.  For the re-structuring, when do you think it is the best time for Vietnam Airlines to conduct restructure via UK Part 26 A Restructuring Plan or the US Chapter 11 or Chapter 15? And what is the best mechanism that Vietnam Airlines can invoke to restructure because we may avoid the insolvent situation as the national-flag carrier.
