How To Claim Your Missing Miles?

Notes on Claiming Your Missing Miles

Members should retain their air tickets, boarding passes, purchase receipts, or service usage receipts until the retroactive miles are successfully credited to their account and displayed in “Account Information”.

For newly joined Lotusmiles members, flights taken on Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam airlines within 6 months before the registration date will be credited for retroactively earned miles.

Once a month, Vietnam Airlines will send Lotusmiles Account Statement to the members’ emails. The email content includes the number of miles accumulated and used over the period, etc. In addition, members can check their accumulated miles by logging into their account on the Vietnam Airlines' website or app.

Members should always present their Lotusmiles card when making a reservation, purchasing a flight ticket, or using services from Vietnam Airlines partners to ensure that the miles are automatically credited to their account.
