Members can actively track the accumulated miles and easily request Vietnam Airlines to add the miles that have not been accumulated.
At least 07 days after taking a flight, if the accumulated miles have not been credited to your account, you can request to add the retroactive missing miles.
How To Claim Your Missing Miles?
Members should retain their air tickets, boarding passes, purchase receipts, or service usage receipts until the retroactive miles are successfully credited to their account and displayed in “Account Information”.
For newly joined Lotusmiles members, flights taken on Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam airlines within 6 months before the registration date will be credited for retroactively earned miles.
Once a month, Vietnam Airlines will send Lotusmiles Account Statement to the members’ emails. The email content includes the number of miles accumulated and used over the period, etc. In addition, members can check their accumulated miles by logging into their account on the Vietnam Airlines' website or app.
Members should always present their Lotusmiles card when making a reservation, purchasing a flight ticket, or using services from Vietnam Airlines partners to ensure that the miles are automatically credited to their account.

For non-airline partners, members can request retroactive miles within 06 months from the date of the transaction.
Step 1: Send an email with the content to claim retroactive miles to the address of the Lotusmiles program at vip.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com (for Million Milers, Platinum, or Gold members) or lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com (for Titanium, Silver, or Registered members).

Passengers are required to have adequate travel documents for all flights on all concerned airlines and to abide by national laws and regulations. Vietnam Airlines does not take responsible if passengers are denied entry into any country.
