- Invalid document photo: your submission will be manually reviewed and processed within 24 hours.
Accepted documents for verification
You may upload one of the following documents:
- Citizen identification card
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Student Card
- Student Visa
- Admission Letter
- TIC Card

Take the photo straight on, with all four corners of the document visible
Ensure all information on the document is clearly visible.

Take a clear photo to ensure the information is accurately recognized.

Valid document
Ensure the document has not expired so your verification can be processed smoothly.
Invalid photo
Corners cropped, taken at an angle, or taken from too far away
The document is not fully visible, with one or more corners missing.
Blurry, overexposed, or edited in a way that obscures or removes text
The photo quality is poor, and the details on the document are not clearly visible.
Expired document
The document is no longer valid because it has expired.
