Guidelines for redeeming excess baggage award by cash and miles
Guide for baggage awards at the airport
Step 1: Before check-in, members can submit a request to get baggage awards.
Step 2: The ticket office staff will deduct the corresponding miles and collect the applicable service fee.
Step 3: Members present the baggage invoice and other papers as required at the check in counter.
