Unaccompanied minor service fee

Passengers can refer to the service charges for minors traveling alone as follows:

Domestic

Peak periods (from December 01 to February 15, and from May 01 to September 15):

• Itineraries between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: VND 1,700,000
• Other itineraries: VND 1,500,000

Other periods:

• Itineraries between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: VND 1,200,000
• Other itineraries: VND 1,000,000

Notes: The price listed above does not include VAT.

International

Peak periods (from May 01 to September 15):

• In Zone A: USD 100
• In Zone B, or between A and B: USD 175
• In Zone C, or between C and A/B: USD 200
• In Zone D, or between D and A/B/C: USD 250

Other periods:

• In Zone A: USD 75
• In Zone B, or between A and B: USD 125
• In Zone C, or between C and A/B: USD 150
• In Zone D, or between D and A/B/C: USD 180

Validity

Applies to tickets issued or exchanged from December 01, 2025.

Zone A: Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Hong Kong and Macau.

Zone B: China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India, and other Asian countries (excluding Zone A and Australia).

Zone C: Australia and European countries (excluding the United Kingdom)

Zone D: Countries in the Americas and the United Kingdom.

Notes: The service charges for minors traveling alone are only applied to flights operated by Vietnam Airlines.
