• 4,000 miles = VND 200,000
• 8,500 miles = VND 500,000
• 15,000 miles = VND 1,000,000

Terms & Conditions

• Applicable to MobiFone prepaid and postpaid Long-term Connection subscription.
• Lotusmiles members need to link Lotusmiles program of Vietnam Airlines and Long-term Connection (Ket Noi Dai Lau) program of MobiFone on the website or mobile application of Vietnam Airlines or MobiFone before redeeming the rewards.
• The MobiFone rewards cannot be canceled or refunded.

Instructions to Redeem MobiFone Charges on Vietnam Airlines website

Step 1: Go to the website vietnamairlines.com, at the top right corner, select “Log-in”. Then fill in your membership card number and password to log in to your Lotusmiles account.

Step 2: At the “Account Information” screen, select Redeem Miles.

Step 3: At the “Redeem online” screen, select “MobiFone Award”.

Step 4: Check the information on “Award details”, select the beneficiary, select an appropriate package, and proceed with the telecom redemption operations.

Notes: The Mobifone subscriber in the award request must be the same as the name of the award user.

Instructions to Redeem MobiFone Charges on Vietnam Airlines app

Step 1: Login your Lotusmiles account on Vietnam Airlines app.

Step 2: At the “Awards” section, select “MobiFone Award”, and select “Continue”.

Step 3: Select a Package and redeem miles for a telecom award.
