Introduction

What is the Lotusmiles Program?

To show gratitude to loyal passengers on every flight, Vietnam Airlines established the Lotusmiles Program with numerous compelling privileges and incentives dedicated to members.

All passengers from 2 years old can participate in the Lotusmiles Program for free. Once an account is available, members can accumulate miles in different ways such as flying with Vietnam Airlines or airline partners, making bank transactions, or using services from many other partners. Members can use accumulated miles to redeem tickets, service upgrades, baggage, Business Lounge awards, phone bills, shopping points, and gifts. In addition, members who accumulate sufficient miles will be upgraded to a higher card tier to experience more benefits.

Conditions for Lotusmiles Enrollment

Passengers from 2 years old can register to become Lotusmiles members at the "LOG-IN/SIGN-UP" section on the website, or the "Register Lotusmiles membership" section on Vietnam Airlines' mobile app. Lotusmiles members not only have the opportunity to enjoy benefits from Vietnam Airlines but also from the program partners.

Benefits of Lotusmiles members

Mile earning

After each flight, members will accumulate bonus miles corresponding to the itinerary they just made.

• Vietnam Airlines: Earn miles on Vietnam Airlines, Vasco, Pacific Airlines and SkyTeam airlines;
• Other partner airlines: Earn miles when travelling on Vietnam Airlines’ partner airlines;
• Other partners: Possess more opportunities to accumulate miles when making transactions at banks, hotels, using telecommunications services or shopping, etc.;
• Submit a request for bonus mile accumulation.

Use of miles

Accumulated miles can be redeemed for air tickets, seat upgrades, use of Business Lounges, additional checked baggage allowance, etc. Members can refer to the Mile Redemption program and enhance the flying experience with Vietnam Airlines.

Mile purchase and transfer

Members can purchase bonus miles, transfer, or gift miles to relatives and friends with the Buy and Transfer Miles program.
