Egilible customers

Pre-reserved Seat is available for customers with below booking conditions:

  • Online Booking at www.vietnamairlines.com;
  • Booking with the family fares as below: Business Flex; Business Save; Deluxe Economy Flex; Deluxe Economy Standard; Economy Flex; Economy Standard; Economy Save.

Service Availability

Pre-reserved Seat is available for:

  • International flights operated by Vietnam Airlines; and
  • Bookings made 24 hours before flight estimated departure time.
