(Updated on21 January 2022) Vietnam Airlines would like to inform you of the updated information on regulations on entry to France as follows:
With the latest regulations of the French Government, Vietnam is on the list of countries in the Orange list (Amber/Orange list countries), details at: https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Actualites/L- actu-du-Ministere/Certificate-of-international-travel
Accordingly, passengers given entry will be divided into 2 groups as follows:
1. For guests who have not been vaccinated fully, it is necessary to prepare:
- Documents certifying that you have full vaccination. Passengers are considered fully vaccinated if:
+ Over 7 days after the second dose of Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca.
+ Over 4 weeks since the first dose of Johnson&Johnson.
+ If the passenger has been infected with Covid-19 and recovered: 7 days have passed after receiving 1 dose of vaccine (of all types ...)
- A statement that there are no symptoms of Covid-19 and no contact with a Covid-19 case.
2. For passengers who have not been vaccinated fully, they are only allowed to entry the country if they are on the list of restricted objects (Compelling reason) - details as attached.
Prepared lists include:
- Negative Covid test within before flight departure with respective timelines:
+ PCR test: within 72 hours before flight.
+ Antigen test: within 48 hours before flight.
- Declaration information in the form "International Travel Certificate".
- A statement that there are no symptoms of Covid-19 and no contact with a Covid-19 case.
- A statement that the test will be carried out upon arrival in France.
- A statement to self-isolate for 7 days and perform RT-PCR testing after the self-isolation period is over.
3. Transit information
- To transit in France, passengers need a valid French visa.
- Depending on the status of the system, passengers can through check-in or have to pick up their luggage and check-in again.
