Hanoi, 28 February, 2020 – From the 29^th of February to the 30^th of April, 2020, Vietnam Airlines will allow South Korean passengers to change their routes or flight dates free of charge. This service is for those who booked international flights to Vietnam or domestic flights to destinations in Vietnam but will not make it due to the temporary suspension of visa-free travel for South Koreans to Vietnam.

The service is applicable to flight tickets purchased through Vietnam Airlines’ ticket offices, agents, official website, or mobile application with departure dates between the 29^th of February and the 30^th of April, 2020. To change your tickets free of charge, please visit Vietnam Airlines’ ticket offices in person or contact the customer service hotline 1900 1100 (if calling from Vietnam) or +84 2438 320 320 (if calling from overseas). 

Vietnam Airlines is working closely with authorities and relevant stakeholders to monitor the situation and alter its passenger service plans accordingly.
