Hanoi, September 22, 2020 – Vietnam Airlines will resume the first regular commercial flight VN417 from Seoul to Hanoi at 10:05AM on September 25, 2020.
Eligible passengers:
1) Vietnamese citizens2) Foreigners who hold the diplomatic and official passports and their relatives;
3) Investors, technical experts, skilled labors, business managers and their relatives, international students, foreigners who are Vietnamese citizen’s relatives
Requirements for foreigners:
1) Get visa
2) Register centralized quarantine facility (hotels, locations that were allowed by the Government for centralized quarantine) to quarantine on entry
3) Prepare certificate (in English) of a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result using the "ARN" technique of the virus (RT-PCR/RT-LAMP…) provided by competent medical authority 3-5 days prior to entry
4) Passengers traveling from Korea to Vietnam should provide the following information:
* Note: This detailed declaration shall be mandatory for all incoming passengers to Vietnam.
2) Register centralized quarantine facility (hotels, locations that were allowed by the Government for centralized quarantine) to quarantine on entry
3) Prepare certificate (in English) of a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result using the "ARN" technique of the virus (RT-PCR/RT-LAMP…) provided by competent medical authority 3-5 days prior to entry
4) Passengers traveling from Korea to Vietnam should provide the following information:
