Vietnam Airlines has instructed its branches in Japan to co-operate fully and comprehensively with the relevant authorities of Japan throughout the investigation process.
Vietnam Airlines affirms that it will not shield any erring officials and/or staff involved (if they are found guilty by the authorities of Japan) and all cases would be strictly handled according to the relevant laws.
