From April 18, 2024, Vietnam Airlines will transform our passenger service system. Some features and services may be impacted due to technological reasons. Passengers can refer to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section below for check-in information.
From April 18, 2024, passengers are required to carry travel documents in accordance with current regulations. These documents include:
1. Travel documents;
2. Ticket or reservation code information;
3. Ancillary service receipts (if passengers purchased the services);
4. Lotusmiles membership card or present the card image on the Vietnam Airlines app.
