Sky Sofa

Applicability

The service is available for passengers purchasing Economy Flex, Economy Classic or Economy Lite tickets on direct flights operated by Vietnam Airlines between Vietnam and United States/United Kingdom/France/Germany/Australia/Japan/South Korea/India/Singapore/China.

Notes

• To provide the most convenient experience for passengers, Vietnam Airlines will arrange the seats according to the actual situation of each flight. Hence, please do not select seats in advance.
• Sky Sofa is not applicable for infant companions as infant (under 2 years of age) should be arranged in seats with oxygen masks.

• Channels to buy Sky Sofa service:
1. If you have not purchased tickets, please contact the sales office or agents or purchase Sky Sofa service during the "Booking" process on the Vietnam Airlines website.
2. If you already have flight tickets and expect to purchase Sky Sofa service, please contact the sales office or agent, or visit the "Manage Booking," section of our website.
• Deadline for purchasing the service for the route from San Francisco to Ho Chi Minh City:
1. Just before the departure time when purchasing the service at Vietnam Airlines Branch Office in San Francisco. 
2. At least 06 hours before departure when purchasing the service from other channels. 
• Deadline for purchasing the service for the direct flight operated by Vietnam Airlines from Ho Chi Minh City to San Francisco, between Vietnam and United States/United Kingdom/France/Germany/Australia/Japan/South Korea/India/Singapore/China:
  
  1. At least 06 hours before departure when purchasing the service from all channels.

The Sky Sofa rate applicable for direct flights operated by Vietnam Airlines is as follows:

• Itineraries between Ho Chi Minh City and San Francisco:
1. Economy Flex: USD 500/package;
2. Economy Classic: USD 600/package;
3. Economy Lite: USD 600/package.
• Itineraries between Vietnam and UK/France/Germany/Australia:
1. Economy Flex: USD 400/package;
2. Economy Classic: USD 500/package;
3. Economy Lite: USD 500/package.
• Itineraries between Vietnam and Japan/South Korea/India/China:
1. Economy Flex: USD 200/package;
2. Economy Classic: USD 300/package;
3. Economy Lite: USD 300/package.
• Itineraries between Vietnam and Singapore:
1. Economy Flex: USD 100/package;
2. Economy Classic: USD 200/package;
3. Economy Lite: USD 200/package.

Service change

In case of voluntary change in flight date:

• The passenger's ticket fare is subject to price condition. Sky Sofa service is changeable but not refundable;
• Passengers can change Sky Sofa service at sales offices or agents; or contact the “Contact Center” via the email onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com.
• Deadline for service change for the route from San Francisco to Ho Chi Minh City:
1. Just before the departure time when changing the service at Vietnam Airlines Branch Office in San Francisco. 
2. At least 06 hours before departure when changing the service at sales offices or agents or “Contact Center” via the email onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com. 
• Deadline for changing the service for the routes from Ho Chi Minh City to San Francisco, between Vietnam and United Kingdom/France/Germany/Australia/Japan/South Korea/India/Singapore/China:
1. At least 06 hours before departure when changing the service from all channels. 

In case of a voluntary itinerary change, the passenger ticket is subject to price condition change, and the Sky sofa service is not allowed to change.

If Vietnam Airlines changes the flight schedule, the passenger's Sky Sofa service shall apply for the new flight.

Under our regulations, Sky Sofa service is not refundable.
