From 01 Jun 2021, for the well-being of all our customers and employees, we have temporarily implemented safety service standard with higher level for Lotus Lounge at Tan Son Nhat airport in accordance with most recent Covid - 19 situation in Ho Chi Minh City.

Vietnam Airlines will serve pre - packaged snacks instead of hot meals. The menu for pre - packed snack is changed daily. Healthy and nutritious dessert such as fruit, yogurt, etc. for strengthening the immune system against infection will be served. In addition to food and beverage service, Lotus Lounge has arranged seats with more space to keep distance for passengers.

We maintain the highest levels of cleaning and disinfection across the lounge. Departing passengers entering the Lotus Lounge must be subjected to thermal screening. Hand sanitizer are readily available for your use.
