To get a refund for a ticket purchased via the Vietnam Airlines website/mobile app, you can use the following options: - Actively refund on the website under “Manage Booking” - “After-sales Support” - “Refund to Account". - Send a Ticket Refund Request to the website ticket help desk. - Contact the website ticket help desk at email onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com. - Contact Vietnam Airlines’ sales offices. Notes: If a ticket refund request is sent by email, the email address must be the one used for ticket booking and purchase. A refund request will not be accepted if the refund request email address is different from the one used for ticket booking and purchase. - For a ticket paid at a bank branch or convenience store, please go to Vietnam Airlines' branch in Vietnam to get the ticket refund. - Depending on the fare rules, the refund may be permitted with fee or not permitted. The refund will be credited to the payment card or payment account used to purchase the tickets.

After completing refund procedures, Vietnam Airlines will refund to your card issuing bank within 7 business days. Crediting your account depends on the rules of the issuing bank; you can contact the issuing bank for more details.
