Passengers holding tickets with the first digits 738 are permitted to change from the flights operated by Cambodia Angkor Air between Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and Phnom Penh (Cambodia) to flight VN852/853 operated by Vietnam Airlines. Passengers should be aware of the following facts:
• Free one-time for purchased tickets with changeable condition;
• Passengers are required submit change request by July 31, 2022, and pay all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges (if any).
Passengers can contact with the following channels to change their tickets:
• Customer Care Call Center 19001100 (for domestic calls) or +84 24 38320320 (for international calls);
• Contact the place where you acquired the ticket (for tickets purchased at the agency/ticketing office);
• Send your change request to onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com (for tickets purchased via the Vietnam Airlines website/app).
