From 01May2018, we will operate new serving process on VN920/VN921 flights. Hence, transit passengers will stay on board for next sector (not disembarking as before).
Please keep your boarding pass and put your carry – on baggage at your seat’s area.
At transit airport, passengers going next sector will stay on board.
For passengers disembarking at transit airport, please present your passport and boarding pass to flight attendant at aircraft door.
