- Before ticketed flight date, refund fee USD 50
- On/after ticketed flight date, refund fee USD 80
2. Ticket changes
- Before ticketed flight date:USD 30 per change
- On/after ticketed flight date: USD 50 per change
3. Baggage
- Carry on baggage: 18 kg, including 2 carry-on baggage items (up to 10kg each) and one accessory (2kg). (*)
-Exception: 01 extra piece of checked baggage for itineraries to Northeast Asia/Europe/the Americas/Australia/India.
