Registration guide for Business partners:
Company/Organization who wishes to join LotuSociates can register by this registration form
Head of Company/Organization needs to sign, stamp and send a scanned copy to email address spdd@vietnamairlines.com, then follow further instructions
Individual must use an email with domain of the Company/Organizations to buy tickets (following below instructions)
How to purchase tickets with LotuSociates
Step 1:
Register to become a Lotusmiles member, following instructions and login (Login instantly if already a member).
Step 2:
Click LotuSociety in Lotusmiles tab on Vietnam Airlines website.
Step 3:
Confirm your identity by updating email address with domain of registered Company/Organization:
- At Beneficial Groups, choose LotuSociates then update email to get an OTP, follow instructions to become a member
- If you already connected your Lotusmiles account with a personal email: Choose Personal Information - Contact Information: update the new email and click “Save”. Then get an OTP and follow instructions to become amember
Step 4:
Start buying tickets by clicking LotuSociety in Lotusmiles tab on Vietnam Airlines website
