Vietnam Airlines introduces Premium Economy class on Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City route for the first time
Vietnam Airlines announces that the Premium Economy class will be offered from 1 July 2019 on route between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city operated by Airbus A350 and Boeing 787-9. This class provides upgraded product and service quality, further affirming the airline’s commitment to delivering the most comfortable flying experience as a 4-star airline recognized by Skytrax for four consecutive years.
The introduction of Premium Economy class will give travellers a new level of comfort, at a price that is VND 500,000 higher than that of Economy Flex, which is a great option to experience Business class services without a huge increase in price.
The Premium Economy class entail Lotus Lounge access, enhanced food and beverage, dedicated priority check-in counters, priority boarding lanes to avoid the hassle of queuing. Passengers can enjoy additional benefits on flights such as welcome drinks, hot towels, hot meals, a wider selection of drinks and upgraded entertainment system. Meanwhile, allowance of standard 30kg baggage with two pieces of hand luggage is also a remarkable advantage. The Premium Economy class possess most of the Business class service standards, except for the difference in the cabin seat.
Vietnam Airlines will offer special rates at VND 3 million (excluding taxes and fees), equivalent to Economy Flex class rates, applicable to purchases from August 16 to September 15, 2019 and departure from August 16 to October 31, 2019.
