REWARD PROGRAM FOR LOTUSMILES MEMBERS IN VIETNAM

Beginning October 15, 2019, VNA has introduced an additional rewards program for Lotusmiles members in Vietnam. From October 15, 2019, to May 31, 2020, members in Vietnam whose Lotusmiles membership tier is lower than Gold will be awarded a Gold membership card when booking and flying a round-trip business class trip to Australia or Russia. The program applies to excursions beginning October 15, 2019, and ending May 31, 2020. The card awarded through this program is valid within the period of the Lotusmiles program (up to 13 months), starting from the time the member completes their round-trip flight. This reward program cannot be combined with other promotions.

For existing programs, in addition to enjoying exclusive benefits when buying round-trip business class tickets to Australia or Russia, Lotusmiles members in Vietnam will receive Titanium or Gold cards when flying business class to Japan, Korea, and Europe, or when flying premium economy class to Australia or Japan. Passengers can buy tickets via Vietnam Airlines’ official website, mobile app, booking offices, or agents.
