HOW TO PAY YOUR AIR TICKETS WITH KONBINI PAYMENT METHOD?
Vietnam Airlines has accepted payment by Konbini when booking tickets via our official website www.vietnamairlines.com. You can hold booking within 24 hours and submit your payment at 7-Eleven store or these convenience stores: Lawson, Ministop, FamilyMart and Seicomart. Check out these steps below for details:
1. At the Payment step when booking air tickets on Vietnam Airlines website, select your convenience store:
For Lawson, Ministop, FamilyMart, Seicomart.
Note: This form of payment is only available for bookings made at least 72 hours before departure time
For 7-Eleven.
Note: This form of payment is only available for bookings made at least 120 hours before departure time
2. Input your Name, Phone, Mail address
3.1 Payment at Lawson, Ministop, FamilyMart, Seicomart
3.1.1. Get your purchase code (6 digits)
3.1.2. Select "Payment/Charge" from the top menu of the multi-copier
3.1.3. Enter the purchase code (6 digits) and Phone number
3.1.4. Order Confirmation
3.1.5. Print out a receipt and go to the cashier to pay.
3.2. Payment at 7-Eleven
3.2.1. Get your purchase code (13 digits)
3.2.2. Please ask for "Internet Shopping" payment at the cashier and show your barcode or purchase code (13 digits)
