🎁 BONUS MILES OFFER:

  • Earn bonus miles for every VND 5,000 spent on ancillary services.
  • Miles are rounded according to the rule: No miles are awarded for amounts that earn less than 1 mile.
  • Bonus miles are valid for 3 years from the date of accrual.

🔄 BONUS MILES CLAIM PROCESS

❗ In case Lotusmiles membership number was not entered or miles were not automatically credited, members can claim bonus miles through one of the following three methods:

✅ Method 1: Via your member account on Website/App

  1. Log in to your Lotusmiles account on the Vietnam Airlines website or mobile app.
  2. Go to “Flight Mileage Claim”, select the “Vietnam Airlines” tab.
  3. Fill in your flight details.
  4. After 3 days, bonus miles will be credited if the ancillary service purchase meets all conditions.

 📌 This method only applies to flights operated by Vietnam Airlines.

✅ Method 2: Via email

  • Send an email with the subject line: Miles Claim Request to:
    • vip.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com (for Million Miler, Platinum, and Gold members)
    • lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com (for Titanium, Silver, and Registered members)

Please provide the following information:

  • Full name & membership number
  • Flight details & EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) number for the ancillary service
  • Attach: a photo of the boarding pass or the EMD for the ancillary service

📧 Results will be sent via email or updated in your Lotusmiles account.

✅ Method 3: At a Vietnam Airlines branch

  • Visit the nearest Vietnam Airlines branch for assistance.
  • Receive results of your bonus miles request from the program or check your Lotusmiles account.
