【Handling of tickets containing non-refundable conditions】as of 25 December 2020

Thank you for flying with Vietnam Airlines(VNA).

Due to the suspension of flights and restrictions on entry and exit caused by the spread of the new coronavirus infection, Now VNA is ready to refund for Non-refundable tickets purchased and issued by March 31, 2020.

If you request to change the date, VNA will continue to accept changes without change fee, but only for departures until December 31, 2021.

(Fare, tax/fee/charges and surcharge difference (if any) must be collected.)

◎      Eligible：

Tickets issued through VNA website (Location : Japan) and VNA mobile app

(Location : Japan) by March 31, 2020

◎      Refund condition：

Regardless of the fare rules, refunds will be accepted without charge and only if processed by June 30, 2021.

* Unused tickets will be full refunded including fare and tax.

* Partially used tickets will be refunded only if the difference between the purchased fare and

tax is calculated after the used section is increased to the one-way fare.

◎      How to request a refund：

Please refer to the refund page on this page, download the refund application form, fill in the necessary information, and send an email（onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com） to our online support.  Refund Form: https://www.vietnamairlines.com/jp/en/support/faq

Please note that it will take several months for the refund process to be completed.

If you purchased your ticket at a travel agency, please contact the travel agency from which you purchased your ticket.
